Working in marketing and making commercials is when I truly began to understand the power of film for storytelling. The way a video immerses you in a range of emotions and connects you to another human’s story – I was hooked. And after my first wedding, Dream It Digital was born.
Whether you’re looking for a family-oriented video that centers around your faith or you want to show your party side (or both!), I treat every film and every couple with the same care and attention to detail.
I am so blessed to capture these stories for my local NW Ohio couples. Crafting music, voiceovers and emotion into richly detailed films is a passion for me – it’s MY dream – and I am so blessed to live and breathe this every day.

Luke Carter
Raised on my family’s 80-acre farm near the Anna/McCartyville area, which has been in my mom’s family (the Hoying-Westerheide clan) for over five generations, this area is deeply ingrained in me. It’s the very soil where my love for stories and the little details began. From making mini movies with my brother in a creek near our house to school film projects in Fort Loramie, the urge to create was always there (even though I didn’t realize it at the time).

When we wanted space during our letters, they graciously gave us that time. We were able to be in the moment but still were captured with a stationary camera and mics. They stayed late to video the bouquet toss (something that we said they didn’t necessarily need to be there for- so they went above and beyond!). After the wedding, they updated us quickly and provided us with a link so we could track their progress on our video without any guess work. THANK YOU AGAIN, LUKE!

The average Dream It Digital couple spends between $2900 and $3500. However, I believe in making every couples’ experience as custom and tailored to them as needed. Feel free to reach out for further details and our Videography Packages Guide.

While I adapt to the mood and vibe of every couple and wedding, all of my films are story-centered and filled with natural lighting whenever possible. You can learn more about my creative approach here.

Where are you located? Do you travel?
Since 2019, I've filmed over 200 weddings in the Shelby, Mercer, Montgomery and surrounding counties! So, there's a good chance I've shot at the location you're dreaming of (and if I haven't, I always research the venue/location ahead of time). do you have experience filming catholic/religious ceremonies?
We have filmed over 100 Catholic weddings and numerous weddings of other denominations and faiths. For our religious couples, we love to put emphasis on the beauty of the church – both inside and out. We value mixing the words of the priest's homily into your film in a beautiful way.

How long does it take to receive our wedding video?
I approach your wedding film like a work of art – which means I’m not the fastest wedding videographer in town. However, I do put my heart and soul into the editing process – weaving together all the little details that made your day the dream that it was. You can expect your wedding video to be delivered around 3 to 4 months from your wedding date, but please note we do not guarantee hard deadlines. Quality is always prioritized before speed.
Turnaround times can vary with the season, and we offer an optional teaser add-on if you would like a sneak peak before your full delivery!
